Format

  • 20 two to four person teams play in The Shootout
  • Teams are placed in one of five groups
  • Teams play round-robin in their group
  • All matches are 1-game, first to 21+
  • The top 3 teams from each group and 1 4th place team will advance to a single elimination 16-team tournament.

Qualifying

Teams qualify by amassing the most wins from the Late Fall 2021, Winter 2022 and Early Spring 2022 Cornhole Leagues

Teams playing in multiple leagues / multiple nights will be counted as a single team.

Teams claim their spot by paying the entry fee.

*Due to their being one less season for the Napper Tandy's Tuesday Night League, the Top 3 Teams from that league are guaranteed to be offered an invitation.

What You Can Expect

2 weeks before The Shootout

20 invitations will go out to the 20 teams with the most cumulative wins.

1 week before The Shootout

Invitations that are declined will roll-down to the next teams on the list.

The Week of The Shootout

The tournament director will fill any remaining spots with wildcard entries.
