North Kornea pulled off upset after upset and won the 'B' Bracket as the #14 seed. This is our lowest ranked team to win the 'B' Bracket! They won 6 games last night.... which is as many games as they won all season. Congrats!
The Corn Stars pulled off an equally mighty upset. Their semi-final match-up against the #1 seed came down to a 3rd game. With the score tied at 20-20, Stick It just needed to land their last bag on the board to advance but the bag slid to the slide then flopped itself over the edge to give Corn Stars extra life and they advanced in the next toss.
In the Finals, Corn in the USA won the first game and once again had the Corn Stars on the edge of defeat. The finals came down the 3rd game and when the score was tied 19-19, it meant one bag could be the difference between losing, winning or washing out. Corn Stars got the first bag in the hole, blocked with the second and took the win.
