We follow a six season calendar year with each season starting every "odd" month. This means that a new league is always just a few weeks away. In addition we have several tournaments and events for you to join in the mean time!
LI-Kick is Long Island's premier and largest provider of co-ed adult social sports. Our mission is to provide a fun and social experience for adults on Long Island. We pride ourselves on offering strong recreational and competitive platforms for players to strengthen friendships & meet new people, all while playing a really fun game.
LI-Kick was created in 2013 as a way to enable its players to meet new people in a fun and social atmosphere.
LI-Kick offers year-round, Coed Adult Social Leagues in 11 different sports including Coed Kickball, Bowling, Cornhole, Soccer and Volleyball leagues.
We do our best to provide a great balance of competition and fun for everyone regardless of skill level, experience or athletic capability.
A team captain registers and pays for the entire team. You'll need the names, emails and birthdates of all your teammates. Team size and gender requirements vary by league. Corporate Teams are always welcome in any of our leagues.
You can sign up with a group of friends and be put on the same team. Once registration ends we will merge you with other groups that compliment your group's demographics to create a full team.
Signing up by yourself is an awesome way to meet new people. When you register we collect some supplementary information and do our best to place you on a team with players like you.
Our unique format makes our bowling leagues fun for anyone regardless of skill level. We play at AMF and Bowlero alleys in Nassau & Suffolk.

I joined for volleyball and have branched out to other sports. I’ve made so many new memories and had an awesome time while doing so. The social aspect of LI-Kick is a great addition to this organization. I'm met so many cool people playing in leagues and at parties.
I’m so glad I joined! Everyone is friendly on and off the field. I enjoy being able to socialize with everyone, even with players from the other teams. LI-Kick is a family that keeps on growing!
My co-worker and I are both teachers who devote a lot of time to our jobs. Everyone is so nice and we felt welcomed right away. I am by no means ‘super sporty’ but still have a great time every week! It is a great way to meet people and have something to look forward to during the week!
After playing kickball in NYC for years, it was time to look for something local and make some new friends. I joined LI-Kick as a free agent not knowing anyone. A year and a half later, my entire social life has changed!
Each Season LI-Kick throws a unified theme party across all of our leagues. Teams participate by dressing according to theme and then compete in an Instagram based poll competition to declare that season's winner.

Social sports aren't just about achieving sporting greatness. For most leagues we take the fun off the field with organized after-parties at local bars for you to share a drink with your teammates and opponents. Some leagues even see us crown our 'Bar Champs' with special trophies based on the team with the most bar points earned.
Nothing is more exciting than taking your team to an overnight destination weekend tournament. LI-Kick organizes travel teams that compete in national level tournaments. A night out on the town with your team is the reward for a hard day's work on the field.
