What You Can Expect

The League plays on junior sized fields with 7 Total on the field. Games are 55 minutes long. League is split into divisions. D1 is more competitive, D2 is less competitive, D3 is recreational. We value the merits of coed play and women can feel safe and supported playing an important role on their team.

Additional Info

We have 3 fields from 7 to 11pm. The league is divided into 3 Divisions should we have enough teams

Division 1: Competitive Division. Must join with full team. 4 men and 3 women play the field.

Division 2: Less Competitive. Open to full teams and groups/indiys 5 men and 2 women play the field.

Division 3: Recreational. 7 play the field. Gender rules based on signups received.

New players are assigned to D2 and D3 teams.

You'll play every team in your division one time during the regular season. Your regular season standings determine which post-season tournament you qualify for.. You may qualify for the championship, promotion/regulation or consolation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Nope! Most of our leagues and tournaments allow you to join as a free agent or with one or with a group of friends (while being kept together), in fact, most first time players join this way. When you register we'll ask a few simple questions and we'll do our best to fill out your roster with players like you. That said, the free agent pool for some leagues, like cornhole are limited so your best bet is to join with a friend and form a complete team.

Generally, registration covers the cost of equipment, facility use, umpires/refs and a team shirt. You'll also be given access to the various social events we host and sponsor throughout the year.

Ways to Register

You can sign up with a group of friends and be put on the same team. Once registration ends we will merge you with other groups that compliment your group's demographics to create a full team.
A team captain registers and pays for the entire team. You'll need the names, emails and birthdates of all your teammates. Team size and gender requirements vary by league. Corporate Teams are always welcome in any of our leagues.

Why I First Joined LI-Kick: I missed playing sports and making friends

Advice for New Players: Hang out after your game, be bold and introduce yourself, everyone is so friendly and open so if you come out you will get to know more people. Also, buy a round of shots, it has never failed me.

Proudest LI-Kick Moment: Running Kicks for Nick and a Night for Nick, which has shown LI-Kick come together as a community and we are more than competitors.
