What You Can Expect
This is the only European Handball league on Long Island. 5 Players play the field per side (4 + goalie). No experience is required.

The league is 'open' meaning there are no gender requirements.
A game lasts 40 minutes. This is split into two periods of 18 minutes with a 4 minute halftime.
The standard handball games features 5 players on each side, four field players and one goalkeeper.
- Once a player receives possession, they can pass, shoot, or hold possession.
- A player possessing the ball must release the ball after 3 seconds and/or 3 steps.
- A player can take 1 dribble to receive 3 more seconds and 3 more steps.
- Players may not kick the ball.
- Only the goalkeeper is allowed in the crease

Theme Week starts February 4th. Theme week is a massive competition between all teams in LI-Kick. This season's theme is "Pajama Party".
