Format:

4 Pool Play Games

1st placed team advances to championship. 2nd and 3rd placed play a play-in game. 4th and 5th ranked do not advance.

Pool play games are 5-innings (no new inning after 50 minutes)

Playoff games are 6-inning (no new inning after 60 minutes)

We are playing Circuit Rules (with a few modifications)

Important Rule Changes;

-Fast Pitching (4 balls and 4 strikes/fouls).

-Strike zone is 1 foot lateral to each side of the plate and 1 foot high

-Ball must bounce twice before reaching home plate

-A batter is awarded 2nd base for a 4-pitch walk

-6 men/ 4 women in the field.

-Max 12 in the kicking order (no gender rules on alternating).

-Encroachment line from 1st base to 3rd base.

-Penalty for defensive encroachment is result of the play or 2 balls added to the count (kickers' choice)

-No 'bunt rules'. Bunts are live.

-Play is over when baserunners stop advancing

-Run Differential up to 10

The Super League is LI-Kick's training ground for this tournament. Players in the Summer Super League will have the first chance to captain teams for Long Island vs. The World. The Summer Super League meets July 11th, 18th, 25 and August 1st. Every week is 2 hour block with 30 minutes of practice and a 90 minute scrimmage.
