May 1st through June 19th games start at 7:30pm - 9:30pm at undefined
Exact start time is dependent on youth sports schedule and will be finalized soon. The league may have 2 start times and may split into D1 and D2 if we have 10+ teams.
This is a Bar Champs League: At the end of the night, make your way down to our sponsor bar. There is where you will relax and unwind while making new friends/frenemies. I do not advise you to skip out if you are here to make friends!!! We'll have weekly bar games to earn your team bar points. The team with the most bar points at the end of the season will be named BAR CHAMPS!!!
Need teammates? Post in our Facebook Group "Coed Kickball on Long Island" (700+ members!). Free agents and small groups can expect to receive their team assignments one week prior to the start of the league.
Theme Week: The summer theme is Beach Party and is held July 30th to August 4th.
If part of your team is unable to attend, and you have less than the required amount of players, you are allowed to bring a sub during the regular season. Only rostered players may participate in the playoffs.
No processing fees! The price you see is the price you pay
Nope! Most of our leagues and tournaments allow you to join as a free agent or with one or with a group of friends (while being kept together), in fact, most first time players join this way. When you register we'll ask a few simple questions and we'll do our best to fill out your roster with players like you. That said, the free agent pool for some leagues, like cornhole are limited so your best bet is to join with a friend and form a complete team.
In addition to the weekly game, many of our leagues also include a series of mini-challenges. The challenges vary by league, but generally teams are awarded points for bar attendance, taking and sharing photos and playing & winning different bar games. Games may occur on the field or at the leagues sponsor bar. The team with the most points at the end of the season will be crowned the Bar Champs and earn some fun swag and bragging rights.
Generally, registration covers the cost of equipment, facility use, umpires/refs and a team shirt. You'll also be given access to the various social events we host and sponsor throughout the year.
Whether your looking to land on a team or just want to meet some of your future league mates our sport specific Facebook Groups are a great way to get connected to our LI Kick community before your league begins.

On defense, 10 players are in the field- 5 men and 5 women.
On offense, everyone can kick, you must alternate genders when kicking.
Any additional players may be included in the kicking lineup and be freely subbed in on defense. A minimum of 4m and 4f is required for an official game.
Games are 9-innings long. Bases are 60 feet apart.
This is slow pitch and the ball must be pitched in good faith with no intent to deceive, bounce, spin or speed the ball past the kicker. There are no strikes or balls, however a kicker can foul out for accumulating three fouls.
Bunting is legal, however there is a ‘catcher rule’ which states “a kicker will be given two strikes and the ball will be called dead if the catcher is able to possess the ball before the kicker reaches first base”. The kicker will kick again.
Fielders have the right of way when in possession of the ball or making an imminent play on the ball. Fielders must stay clear of the base paths in all other cases.
A play is over when a defensive player is on the mound with possession of the ball. Runners in motion will go to the base closest to them (half way rule).
We have an 8-4-12 Mercy Rule. When losing by 8 or more runs, the losing teams get 12 fielders on defense and 4 outs on offense for the entirety of the inning.
The umpire will exhibit and interpret these rules based on the ‘spirit of the game’ and the umpire’s decision is final in all matters. Only captains may ask an umpire for an explanation of a call and captains share in the responsibility of the conduct of their teammate’s behaviors.
